I received a used product which had scuffs and scratches present on all surfaces as well as dust accumulation on the inside of the case and scratches on the screw holes, keep in mind this was bought as a NEW product and I received what I can only assume is a used product that was returned and mistakenly put back on the shelf. I love the size, finish, and build quality but I cannot look past the damage.
