Samidori Single Cultivar Matcha

When i first got the matcha i was very happy to get a higher quality one. As the one i had before was very bitter and bland, when i smelled the matcha it had this sent kind of like grass mixed with something and so i made it into usucha because thats what i got it for and it was very bland. It didnt have much taste, but it was very astringent and when made as koicha it was bitter. Overall i would not buy again, not for usucha or koicha. When used in a latte it was very astringent and bland.

Love it! No bitterness and a medium umami which I absolutely love and adore, goes perfect as a latte with soy milk
