Yabukita Single Cultivar Matcha

For the price point I was a bit disappointed by this matcha. The flavor was pretty mild and I noticed that the powder was not very bright green so it makes me wonder if what I received was fresh.

BEST MATCHA. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. NO REGRET.

It's a decent basic matcha which is fine for the price. As someone who appreciates more depth and umami, it's more a matcha I'd use for mixing or making fun combinations.
