The customer service was excellent. I communicated by email and my messages were responded to promptly and openly, in a friendly, professional manner. The packaging was secure on arrival and the constituent parts looked solid and well made. The instruction booklet was clear and simple and the screws and allen key neatly kept together in a separate box. I have found the seat comfortable and it is supporting my back much better than my previous office chair. Time will tell if it lasts, but my initial impressions are positive. Many thanks.
