So far, the chair arrived in perfect condition with no issues. I assembled it by following the YouTube tutorial, and the process was straightforward. After using it for about a week, though, I've noticed a few problems. First of all, I hate the armrests. I can't get close enough to my desk because the armrests hit the edge of it. Fortunately, my desk is height-adjustable, so if I raise it a little, I can sit comfortably. However, I'm seriously considering removing the armrests altogether. My previous chair had armrests attached to the backrest, so I could fold them all the way up against the back of the chair. That also allowed me to sit with my legs crossed, which is something I can't do with this chair because the armrests get in the way. The second issue is the seat cushion. It's much firmer than I expected. I'm not sure if it softens over time, but right now it feels very hard. It also feels a bit too small. There's a gap between the seat cushion and the backrest that I can't comfortably fill because the backrest has such a pronounced curve. As a result, my lower back doesn't sit properly against the chair, and I end up with even less usable seat space. Another thing I find uncomfortable is the lumbar support. I like the idea of having adjustable lumbar support, but it feels extremely firm. Even when I move it to the furthest back position, I can still feel it pressing against my back, and it's uncomfortable for long periods. Finally, I wish the headrest could be adjusted further forward. As it is, the only way I can rest my head on it is by leaning my head very far back, which isn't a natural sitting position for me. I'm hoping my experience improves over time as I get used to the chair or as the materials break in, but these are the issues I've experienced so far after the first week of use.
