This hat is made really well & there’s a lot of attention to detail. Wasn’t expecting the beads to be real, lava rock & Labradorite. I reached out to customer service regarding the stiff fit & they got back with me right away, & explained what to do. It is fitting better now. The more I wear it, the more it will conform to my head.
