I’ve always had a static footrest at my office desk so having one that rocks and is dynamic makes it much more comfortable for your feet and feels like you can get your blood moving while in a seated position. Also know that the foot rest can be flipped in different directions for differing levels to keep it interesting.

I bought one of these for my work site as I struggled so much with knee pain after long periods of sitting at a desk/ computer. Now I have no pain at all when I stand as I’m keeping my legs, knees, ankles and hips always moving. It has resulted in me having a lot less fatigue in my whole body at the end of the day! So, I also bought one for working from home too! So so grateful!

Perfect for getting your legs up

I like to work in different positions so grabbed a set of skates for my sit/stand desk. Problem was my the sitting desk height was too high even with a keyboard drawer below. I tried a few options even a cardboard box but finally grabbed the Desky Rocker after other versions fell apart (usual the plastic platform cracking). Assembly was ok, no instructions but finally worked out the slide-in-to-lock design. Height is great on the highest side and the rocking motion is perfect!
