Buyer Beware

If you are a German Shepherd or Belgian Malinois owner, think twice before buying this harness. Our dog is a mix of these breeds, very strong and powerful. This harness is poorly designed for these types of dogs because it has nothing connecting the chest strap to the belly strap. Our dog was able to easily back right out of this harness like a person takes a shirt off, right over her head. It was properly adjusted and the perfect size for her, so I don't really care what the people who make this say, our real life experience trumps that.

Rubs small in medium dogs with maximum chest circumference. Assuming this is not K9 Ballistics fault… but just the realty of outliers on the bell curve. I have a similar problem with the majority of men’s clothing. I’m very thin but fairly tall. Clothes are either long enough on extremities but way too big in the chest/waist or the right fit in chest/waist with way too short of arms or legs. Otherwise love K9’s products! Wish this had a D-ring clip on the front of chest as majority of other harnesses have; but that’s okay, my pup, or more accurately, I just need more training with walks. Allows dog to pull pretty hard.
