African Aloe Topical Gel

This gel is very runny, almost like aloe juice. Different from my previous experience with this product. Contacted the company several times about the issue. They told me to shake it. It still didn't resolve the issue. After telling me they would replace the product, l never received a replacement or credit and they have not responded. Very disappointing on their part.
