Works nicely with my grandfather clock. Thank you. I had trouble with the website, as it is not equipped to operate with screen readers for blind users, like JAWS, NVDA,or Windows Narrator. The phone staff told me to go to the website, or get a sighted friend to help me with my online order. In the past, I had no problem getting orders processed over the phone with staff people. The NFB ( National Federation of the Blind) would be more than happy to assist your company in compliance with current web-based technology requirements.

Crank works fine, but as it turns out I didn't need to buy it. After I had ordered it the missing original one was found. Oh well.
