Burnt Umber Flameless Candle American Eagle

The candle is beautiful - Luminara “Customer Service” is horrible. Within 3 days of my order I received a promotional e-mail from Luminara offering 25% off all of the America-themed candles - a significant amount for a $72.00 candle. I contacted Luminara Customer service (by e-mail as they do not answer the phone) to ask if they could credit me for the difference - I hadn’t even received my order yet - and the answer was No - you didn’t place your order during the promotional period so there’s nothing we can do. I am well aware that I didn’t place my order during the promotional period which is why I contacted them, and they honestly could’ve cared less. I have ordered multiple times from Luminara but I will no longer give them my business.
