Love these towers! The lows are incredible, mids are fantastic and the highs are crystal clear. Great choice for my system ran by Cinema 30 receiver and Marantz monoblocks. Couldn`t be happier and would recommend!

They sound clean. Heavy and well made. However, they are very directional in sound. Leaning forward or even turning my head changes the sound. My stereo used to have sound that had wide imaging and filled my room thumping base that these lack both. Played with theses for several days and tried using 2 SB3000 subs but have no luck. do no understand why. must be my room acoustics. Aside from being loud and clean, I can only compare them to large studio monitors. Just not fun to listen to. In all. they are a nice speaker but not for me. I like big speakers with a nice in-depth stereo dimensional sound that thumps. Since these are too big, heavy and expensive to send back. they will sit in my closet since. A note, I was s skeptical about purchasing these since I had not heard them with my own ears. Just like buying a new car. I really need to see, hear, and try items before purchasing.
