The Filet Mignon was excellent along with everything else in the sampler box. I just placed my 2nd order as this beef can't be beat!!

Started sweet but left quickly, unfortunately the meat is not heavily marbled and was more chewy and dry than anticipated. Prepared meat for searing only on the grill, in a Sous Vide machine set to 105 degrees. Seared less than 4 minutes, as I prefer a Pittsburgh Rare steak.
Still have to try the filets and ground beef. Will be wrapping filets in thick bacon. Ground should be good for smash burgers as it appears to be coarse ground
