Easy Breather Jr. Pillow

best wellness purchase in over 20 years!!! I have had neck/shoulder/upper back issues for over 20 years and even visited chiropractors and had an MRI. . . only to find out a few months ago after getting this pillow that I was using unhelpful pillows this whole time! I have a very small frame (narrow shoulders, mostly a side sleeper) and all the pillows I had in the past were too big and too firm for better sleep. I did months of research after consulting my chiro who originally suggested a contour pillow for side sleeping but after testing a few (including Nest side sleeper jr), realized they don't work for me. after reaching out to Nest customer care, I decided to try easy breather jr. . . . and it was exactly what I needed. it took a few weeks of adjusting (removing more and more foam) and now it's been over 2 months of not waking up with any aches and pain. if you are searching for a pillow, don't be afraid of trying different Nest ones and returning. . . the journey may be long but it will be worth it. grateful for this one ~thank you Nest 🧡

No good for me.

No matter how much filling I removed, the pillows were still hard. I converted one pillow to a back support and gave the other to a friend who doesn't mind foam pillows. I will be sticking with down from now on!
