Matsubara Are good bang for buck

Workhorse. Not only is the blade a marvel, the way the knife feels in your hand is wonderful. The attention to detail to making it feel nice in your hand is a really nice touch. The cutting edge doesn’t seem to dull. While I don’t have any legitimate complaints, I wish my handle looked as pretty as the one in the picture but not all walnut trees are equal, so I get it, it doesn’t change the functionality of the knife and still feels amazing!
