Description
Clover honey is light in color with a floral flavor and a pleasant mild taste. This honey is unpasteurized, heated to less than 132° F, and strained through a coarse filter.

Good Honey for a reasonable price
I used to buy honey from the grocery stores but after tasting Northern Brewery's clover honey there was no going back to store-bought. My greenmarket also carries straight-from-the hive honey but Northern Brewery had the best price point. The clover honey is a great all-purpose honey but I prefer the wildflower honey for teas and cocktails.
