Light-Amber Honey Blend

Seals broken on both bottles. Hard thick crystals that my microwave couldn't melt. Absolute garbage. Avoid it

This honey was crystallized and quite a bit darker than light amber. Dissolved for my mead, it was the color of root beer. Fine for me, and honestly I prefer it, but it isn't light amber.

Light Amber Honey

While the honey itself is excellent, many times i have received it in a crystallized condition. This simply is a matter of it exceeding its shelf life. Of course, it can still be used if the container is immersed in boiling or extremely hot water for many minutes...but I shouldn't have to.
