Weyermann Dark Wheat Malt
I used this in a Koyt bier at a ratio of 3 malted oats, 2 dark Munich, and 1 dark wheat. The mashing went perfectly, I got good brewhouse efficiency, and I'm waiting for it to finish in the fermenter.
I've been using Weyermann wheat malts for years now and they've always performed so well, I don't use anything else.
