Dual Sichuan Pepper Grinder

So slow, hard to grip, irregular grind.

It's clever for being "dual" but really, it's a terrible grinder. If you just want a super-light dusting, maybe, but it produces so little grind per twist that you will be there a while getting your work in. The part of the grinder you need to grasp is pretty small, so it takes some finger dexterity -- not bad, but considering how long you will be spinning this thing, it's a chore. Last, it seems to throw in some larger chaff and chunks with the grind, not a consistant size.

Very nice but...

It's actually 2 grinders and had no instructions so was a bit challenging to figure out but I got it. It works really good but I wonder why is has 2 compartments when you only have one kind of pepper to grind.
