Filofax

Bought online and on the website it said 10% off. They asked for my email address which I sent and they sent me a code for the 10% off but when I tried to purchase the Filofax they said it wasn’t applicable to the item I had bought. So not happy at all and when I complained, I didn’t even get a reply
