Cork Meditation Cushion

This is the perfect size and has multiple uses! Not only is a great size for meditation / yoga, but allows me to comfortably sit on the floor in our living room. We're moving our daughter to college in Japan this summer and I'm bringing it with me so I can respectfully kneel when necessary without injuring myself.

Perfect for elevated cross legged position

this cushion is exactly what i wanted. it has the perfect firmness too it, and when it feels like it needs to be readjusted, i just shake it a little to get the cork shavings moving. i use this when my instructor says to find comfortable crossed legged position. my hips are pretty tight, so i find it more comfortable to sit on this. the wood smell when it first arrives is heavenly!!! reminds me of a forest- my dad also worked with wood in my childhood; i welcome the whiff of nostalgia
