Essential Compressive Short 6"

Fits small, but otherwise comfy

I always order XL, bc I know they’ll always be comfortable. Never have had XL fit so tightly, but I’m wearing them around the house bc I know the wool will stretch. Hoping it’ll stretch enough to feel like I’m used to an XL feeling! Otherwise, the length and material are great.

Very comfy and sleek

Love the 6” shorts. They are very comfy and breathable through rigorous workouts on the erg. My only disappointment is that I fear they are a bit sheer in the rear. Waist fits well so I don’t think I’d want to go bigger. I wish these shorts had the same thickness as the waist area all over even if seams are needed to do so. As they are, they’ll have to be my at home workout shorts and won’t be available to wear in the boat.

I have always had a very round butt, and my thighs rub together, so I sized up on these just in case. I’m glad I did! For reference I’m 5’3, 145lbs, 41” hip. I never thought I’d be comfortable in bike shorts, they always roll or squeeze your legs so you look like a your a sausage escaping its casing. These are flattering and comfortable, and worth the price tag.
