I recently purchased the variety pack and only consumed the spicy wahoo which was very good and quite tender. I just finished the original salmon flavor and it seems like it taste similar to teriyaki sans the sesame seasoning. There are pieces so hard to chew. Jaw breaker! I'm looking forward to trying the peppered tuna next. Why are the tuna and wahoo have higher sodium than the salmon? Less is more!

I have ordered a few times and am always pleased with the quality of jerky I receive. Whether you choose the Ahi, Wahoo or Salmon - It is by far the best jerky! The sample packs are great for trying the different styles and flavors available. Fantastic customer service and prompt shipping! Love this company and their products!

I mean, I like this stuff, but I wish the strips were cut thicker and tasted more of the fish and less of the salt and soy sauce flavors. It's also pretty spendy.
