Great Bag

I just traveled with this bag for a couple of weeks. While I love the features and attention to detail, there are a couple of key items that keep it from being a 5-star bag. The Insert has begun to lose its' structure in the lower compartment section and the upper area tends to stick out into your line of sight into the main top compartment. The overall quality is great. I like the navy fabric but would prefer the bag to be all one fabric vs. the mix of black leather and navy fabric. That's just a personal preference.

I commute to NYC from the burbs (drive into Manhattan then take public transportation to my office) and sometimes need to stay overnight. I'm 5-2 with a smaller frame and carrying big bulky bags to work is very cumbersome. In this handy bag I can pack my lunch and dinner and a few other accessories in the top and back compartments (some important papers to read, extra socks, extra eating utensils etc). I can even squeeze my 18 oz Yeti bottle in the size pocket even with 3 square containers of meals which are 7. 6x7. 6x3in already packed into the "shoe" compartment (I added the container dimensions in case anyone is curious). It's a snug fit but I can get it all in. I do carry a small purse with my wallet and keys as they aren't as easily accessible in this bag. I can carry a lot without it looking like I'm carrying a lot! Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Even better than I expected

The backpack is beautiful and well made. The details are luxurious. I’m thrilled with all of the organizing options and the flexibility with the insert to adapt to my needs depending on the day. Worth the investment.
