Little room for improvement

I do like this bag. I wish the main pocket opened a bit wider to make it easier to access items, and some of the internal organizational pockets could be better sized, but overall this is a great backpack.

Fantastic bag, perfect gift

I got this bag for my mom after she mentioned wanting something stylish and professional for work. She’s getting older and carrying a heavy computer + a bunch of stuff in her satchel was getting uncomfortable. This bag is perfect. And she’s already travelled with it twice and raves about it. I’ve had my own Lo and Sons bag, the Hakuba, for years and really appreciate the insane attention to detail. Glad to see it was the same for hers! Y’all rock
