Good Overall, A Little Note on the Insert

I like it overall, especially with the purse and side pockets. I really like the color, too. I like the insert; however, when it's used, the top section doesn't have much room. The insert is not very sturdy, so when you put too much weight on it, the insert gets pulled down.

Quite possibly the perfect travel bag

After many years and many bags, I have finally found my new favorite personal item for air travel! I love how accessible every section is, how flexible the interior is, and the zip-off purse is a genius carry-on hack. The purse is a little bigger than I would normally carry, but just having it as extra storage is awesome. The material feels premium and cleans up easily. The bag is comfortable to carry on my small frame - it doesn't feel bulky, like so many other backpacks do.

I love this bag! It is so well-designed and has even more featjres than the product listing shows. I commute in the city to a professional job so my requirements were tough to meet but this checks all the boxes. I would also love a “cargo” or “carry-on” size version that is 1-2 inch taller, 1-2 inches deeper, 1 in wider.
