Men's Boulder Boot Grip Waterproof

Great boot...for a while!

Got these October 2025. Right out of the box, amazing comfortable fit. Took a couple of days for the leather to break in, but when it did these boots were just the best thing ever. I treated them with some NicWax just to make sure the leather stayed waterproof and got ready for rainy wet Fall and Winter. They served me very well--commuting in slushy snow and going on long dewy dog walks--until early this Spring. The stitching on the heel started coming undone and the toes of the boots lost their waterproof quality. Lots of damp socks. It didn't take much longer for the heel to just totally come open and become unusable. I know that shoes wear out, but I've got a pair of the chukkas that are now two years old and still kicking after tons of abuse and wet weather. I simply expected more from a $200 pair of boots than one season of use. If I had written this review midwinter 2025 it would have been five stars.

Solid boot - stitching easily torn

Good fit for sizing. Water proofing held up all winter though I did clean and oul them about once a month. Only issues, as someone wirh very wide feet, its very very tight to get my foot through the upper of the boots once on, great fit. And the pull loop on the back of the boot has ripped out some stoches very very easily without a ton of pressure from pulling on the boot. Little disappointed in how delicate that loop is. Otherwise, solid shoe.

My favorite boot

Best boots I’ve ever purchased. I have wide feet and the wide toe box is exactly what I needed. These will definitely be my everyday wear.
