Pellets are great Customer Service is even Better

I like the pellets for the low amount of ash after cooking. The shipping company punctured two of the bags. The shipping company gave me the run around. Recteq customer service immediately sent me two replacement bags at no charge.

Order arrived at local shipper on july 31st. It’s August 17th, it still has not been delivered so I cannot tell you if the pellets are good or bad. Just picked up two bags of Traeger pellets there great!
