Absolute game changer!

This is my third Rafi's product, having done a biryani and a madras kit before now. I am a very experienced home cook and used to making a wide variety of dishes from scratch, including several "go to" curry and Indian dishes. These kits are so easy to make, without being too step-by-step in their instructions. I can get the most from these kits and adapt them to whatever ingredients I have to hand! They taste amazing, are really accessible and they have replaced takeaway on the nights where I don't want to cook!
