I like this. I used pork beef tomatoes broccoli. Added one drop of mirin and Shirodashi. Next time I will try Hot version.

Well…,.!!! Tonight I made (Dartmoor Lamb) Rogan Josh as part of a community fundraiser for our local swimming pool. There were LOTS of contributions - BUT - my Rafi’s was eaten up SO quickly. Probably quickest of all with LOTS of compliments - and - I received at least two marriage proposals on the basis that I could cook the most delicious food!!!!🤣 I did tell them it wasn’t me but I would invite them (& their wives) for supper with my York relatives when they bring fresh supplies (and/or I re-order) The depth of flavour is beyond what I could create - and it was SO super-easy to make. I would never have thought it possible!!!
