Vegetarian Optin
Enjoyed making this as a vegetarian option. Worked really well and would definitely try other spices.

Lamb Goan Vindaloo
Used diced shoulder of lamb and slow cooked using the recipe. I only lightly spiced with 1.5 chillies. I probably could have gone hotter but it was very tasty and 5 stars for me

Smells gorgeous
Havent had time to try this vindaloo spice yet but it smells good i will forward a proper review when weve tried it
I have no doubt it will be really good
