Chicken Injection & Brine

I love everything about Heath Riles BBQ products they are the only ones I will ever use. The flavor profile of his products are amazing, it doesn't matter whether they are used by there self or if you combine two different rubs together. If making ribs and you use the garlic jalapeño as a base coat then come back with the apple, pecan, or even the competition rub taste is fantastic and then use that butter bath they become money ribs.

I used an entire bag of chicken brine for around 100lbs of legs and thighs. This is the first time I've ever used a brine and this was the juiciest chicken I've ever made
