Crushed Blueberry Vinegar

I mix a couple of tablespoons with carbonated water and ice. Perfect summer drink. Sometimes I use lemon flavored carbonated water. Yum

This put the cherry on top of my oil and vinegar mixture. Get with my fresh made loaf.

Very bright flavor, and super versatile ingredient in cocktails, or making spinach salads w bleu cheese. Yummo!!!
