Crave Control Essential Oil Blend Pre-Diluted Roll-On

I am not sure if this works or not I got it because I liked the name. It smells almost like salad haha but when I do put it on it does help me forget about food/snacking for a little bit and I don’t even release I’m not thinking about that anymore. But could possibly be placebo, sounds too good to be true!

Great scent, love the aroma. Not sure how affective it is at curving the cravings as I haven’t seen much affect yet.
