Dry Creek Z Hip Pack

For those who don't bag out in the rain.

This is a great pack for chasing Steelhead or for anyone who endures foul weather. Simple design with enough room for those who know what they need for the chase. Could be improved with magnetic gear docking stations for forceps and nippers to keep them from swinging around as well as a large net sleeve between the bag and belt system. It does have lashing points on the belt for zingers to hold forceps and nippers and you can still run your net under the belt and that does work well.

I want to live it but first week of use and the waterproof zipper is already failing. I guide with this pack everyday and have had others without issue, perhaps it’s just a one off issue.

great pack for on and off water

I grabbed it to keep essentials dry in the raft without the bulk of a backpack all the time. It holds enough gear for a day and great for on and off the water.
