Mixed Sample Pack of 7

The sample pack was a great way for me to get back into a good habit. There were some blends that I might not have tried otherwise. Having the smoothie (any blend) for breakfast keeps me full until lunch time and has kept me away from the office biscuit tin. Still yet to decide on a favourite :)

I have had the Evening one with frozen strawberries, banana, a couple of spoons of yoghurt and milk. It was a great way to finish the day! I was looking for something to have at dinner time as I have my main meal in the middle of the day. I was finding I was snacking too much, so I decided to try Yeppoonie Smoothie to stop the end of the day cravings and it worked!

I decided to buy the sample pack to determine a) if the flavours were acceptable, b) if they mixed in with muesli OK, and c) how I felt adding these into my diet. The flavours are generally mild so they don't obscure the flavour of my muesli and fruit. My favourites are the Morning Blend, After Workout Blend, and Afternoon Blend. They mix well with muesli, especially if added before the milk and fruit. And I feel great! Too early to know if there will be any belly weight loss (which was my reason for trying these products) so will have to wait and see on that aspect. But I am going to buy full size packs of my preferred blends and see how I go!
