I had high hopes for 11 based on reviews, but it’s no No 4! Bring back No 4, Gardenia

Great product. Terrible delivery

Ordered this from US for UK. The product is great. In the end I had to go to the FedEx warehouse from all the failed Delivery attempts. Get a better uk delivery company. FedEx are terrible. Would also have thought with all the issues I had that a goodwill gesture might have been offered but wasn’t.
