Best looking eye liners!
Always loved her Trish’s pretty eye defined because it doesn’t look like a pencil or liquid more natural and that really good smudgy look

Powder Eyeliner
I really like powder eyeliners. This one is great. It has good pigment and goes on smoothly. I only put 4 stars because the powder flakes on to my face. I have even dusted it off before use but it still flakes.
