Keeps the beer lighter flavored

Good stuff. I've used Pilsen Light and Pilsen DMEs in a beers where I didn't want my pale ale to turn into something heavy. Great ingredient for summer beers.

Worked well for my NEIPA

I used this to make a hazy NEIPA and it worked well.
