I am 64 year old retired Law Enforcement Sergeant. I returned to working out with a trainer 3 years ago. He recommended that I start using a Protein Powder post workout. I tried several different products, many of them contained artificial sweeteners, or artificial flavors resulting in a strong after taste. A friend recommended Naked Whey Protein and compared to other protein powders. I found it to be the best tasting and it mixes well. Very satisfied with this product.
