Easy to use kit, spices were fresh and strong, kitchen smells delicious. The recipe cards were well-written and included useful tips such as sifting ground Sichuan peppercorn. I ate a peppercorn out of curiosity, and they are *strong*. Citrus explosion in my mouth, and I couldn’t feel my throat for a bit. A+ spice.
