Delicious, favorite vinegar

I use this daily for a vinegrete - equal parts balsamic, olive oil, dijon mustard and fresh grind of pepper. It is also fabulous mixed with albacore tuna packed in olive oil. My favorite balsamic!

Love the infused olive oils - some favorites are the persian lime and italian gremalata. The fig is also a favorite balsamic. It makes a great dressing with the olive oil. Give them a try! They are a great addition to any kitchen.

Father-in-Law Father’s Day
