I love this shake. I use it for overnight oats or just a plain shake with milk and almond butter. You’ll never know it is a protein/carb shake. Most protein shakes I’ve tried have this chalky consistency. Not this one. I would recommend anyone tried to reach their fitness goals to try this shake.
