I've had trouble finding a good creatine for a while, until I found the Crea Ten blend from 5%. It gives me a great dose of 10 grams, and has helped me put on size and recovery really well. I love the awesome flavors and combination of the different kinds of creatine in it. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to start creatine, or find a better version.
