I’ve been bullet journaling for a few years now, and it has completely transformed my focus and day-to-day productivity. Beyond the system itself, the design of this journal is beautiful . This is my 4th or 5th Bullet Journal that I have bought. It is the only productivity and organisation system that has ever worked for me. I love it. I also have the pen and the loop - enormously useful.
The customer service team is amazing. This time I had a minor issue with the postage (to the UK it was my mistake). Chandra immediately sorted this out and I am extremely grateful.

Looks great. Works great. I was worried because I use a thin erasable gel pen for my bullet journal and thought the loop might be too loose, but it works just fine. Worth the extra to have a handy way to keep my pen.
