I was extremely dissapointed in the purchasing experience. 11 weeks to get a computer is WAY too long.
To make matters worse, I'm a Linux guy and the graphics card is not being Linux freindly.
All in all, I've spent $$ and waited a long time for a machine that not performing anywhere near what I had hoped for.

If you really want to provide a service, you've got to make it clear just how long I'm going to have to wait (and offering Linux installs would be great!)
