I love the product; therefore, I placed a second order and shared the first headphones ordered to a friend that fell in love with them!!! However, the second pair ordered arrived without the Fit Strap included in the packaging!!! Will I be receiving it???

Love the softness, its my first time, i was disappointed it didnt have a built in storage to store favorites podcasts, songs etc. Without something to pair with, its becaomes useless. I will go back to my shokz. Overall, its a nice quality piece

I finally jumped on the bone conducting headphones. I can honestly say I have zero regrets. These are amazing, while lacking in a few sound issues. Do not expect bass to be great. Cell calls, amazing. Music is about a 3.5. But having your ear holes open to be aware of your surroundings or talk to someone is exceptional.
