Got my PC and have been loving it since! The company was incredibly good about communicating with me throughout the entire order!

The PC works perfectly. I really have no complaints besides that it's in the wrong colour, which scared me at first because I thought orders got mixed up, but that wasn't the case luckily! Even with very resource heavy games it stays quiet and has handled everything I threw at it perfectly

I’m enjoying my new PC very much. Every game I’ve been waiting to play I’m finally able to play without any hassle or issues. Truly a joy to have. The only issue I have (not with pc) is that I think it would be beneficial is that continued communication between buyer and seller is key. For example if something like replacement parts during build process is causing delays, notifying the buyer ASAP and giving them detailed information about why is key because it shows that your being on top of the situation and that way the buyer isn’t pestering about why they are seeing the PC they bought in the “quality and control phase” for more than a few weeks. So over all super happy with my PC but definitely buyer to seller communication needs to be a bit direct and faster.
