I thought there was a beginners chair assisted class, can’t find it? Enjoying the fitness and Cardio and Pilates ones I have been doing. I may have dreamt the chair assisted class lol

I'm enjoying this class. Takes a bit of time to get used to the moves but worth it.

I do like this video. I had preferred bought Seated Tai Chi but wanted one that addresses the whole body I would love to try a walking tai chi workout from Better 5. I have seen them advertised from others but i really do not want to pay a monthly subscription
