I'm enjoying this class. Takes a bit of time to get used to the moves but worth it.

I do like this video. I had preferred bought Seated Tai Chi but wanted one that addresses the whole body I would love to try a walking tai chi workout from Better 5. I have seen them advertised from others but i really do not want to pay a monthly subscription

Love the class tho it will take some time for me to catch on. I appreciate when the instructor shows us from her back so I can mirror her movements better.
