I was out shape because of an injury and I was looking for an starting point to be in a fit shape again. And this program is perfect so far. I’m on week 3 and I can feel the results. A good balance between muscle mass, strength and conditioning. The exercises are simple so you don’t need fancy equipment and it’s challenging

Programming is simple and straightforward, yet varied enough to keep you motivated and engaged. I started this program after not being able to train for several months due to an injury. I'm only on week 6, and I've already seen huge improvements in both my strength and cardio conditioning. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get back into training or step up their game.

It's just a pdf file, I was expecting to use an app but you have to pay for an expensive subscription, disappointed.
